Thrown by MosaicNetworkImpl.downloadFileToDisk in place of the original write error when the failure was caused by the device running out of storage — the signal DownloadFileToDiskEventRunner uses to fire onInsufficientDiskSpace() instead of onDownloadFailure()/onFailure().
